No More Privacy Worries

There's no need to worry about your privacy anymore.  You ain't got none no more.  And if you doubt me, watch the following videos.  They describe our government's latest technological capabilities for carrying out surveillance.  One very important thing you must keep in mind. Whenever the federal government allows the public access to sensitive technology  related to national security, you can bet your bottom dollar they have similar technology ten times more sophisticated then what you're given access to.

Watch these four videos, I dare ya.  Then, the next time you step into your shower...well, you'll get the picture.  Hehehehe, pardon the pun.

Video #1
When this engineer says, "This is the next generation of surveillance", what he's really saying is it's old technology and it's capabilities are ten times more powerful then what he's telling you.

Video #2
This video demonstrates how you can see through paper.  Believe me, there is technology out there that can see through concrete.  You doubt me.  Watch video #3.

Video #3
What you need to be aware of in this video is near the end when the engineer says, "Instead of the little red blog, you'll see crosses or squares".  Guaranteed they have the technology now that shows actual images in High Definition.

Video #4
And finally, when the reporter in this Fox News report says, "According to the experts and the FAA, there could be as many as 30,000 drones flying over the U.S. within the next decade".  Multiple that statement by ten.  There's probably a drone flying over your house right now, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Think About It

I think it would be really cool if there was some way to use your phone to text somebody but instead of typing stuff you would say it out loud into the phone or something and the other person could hear you and they would just talk out loud back to you.

If I had one of these I'd wear it out in a week...

Rodney Doesn't Care

Rodney doesn't care about an increase in the minimum wage.
Rodney doesn't even care about ANY wage.
Rodney doesn't care about a forty hour work week.
Rodney doesn't care about healthcare.
Rodney doesn't care about unemployment compensation.
Rodney doesn't care about disability insurance.
Rodney doesn't care about Social Security.
Rodney doesn't care about Food Stamps.
Rodney doesn't even need food.
And Rodney doesn't care about no stinkin' free cell phone.

Say hello to Rodney...

And, here's Rodney and some of his friends...

You And I Are Responsible

"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary."  -  H.L. Mencken

Clown Strategy

This past week Republican members of Congress held a "strategy" meeting in Williamsburg, Va.  They have formulated a great plan to put the focus of the fiscal debates "back on the Democrats".  Here's the "plan".  They're going to give the Senate three months to pass a budget.  And if they don't pass a budget, their paychecks will be withheld after that deadline.

Hmmm?  The Senate hasn't past a budget since April 29, 2009.  It doesn't sound too promising to me.  But wait.  If you withhold their paychecks if they don't pass a budget, that'll get um where it hurts.  Yea, right.  The average net worth of a U.S. Senator is somewhere in the neighborhood of $14,000,000.

Hey Mr. Boehner, what were you and your buddies smoking up there in Williamsburg?

Crowd Control

I was thinking about going to the inauguration.
But I decided I didn't want to fight the crowds.
D.C. crowd control police will not be carrying guns.
Just a rod and a staff...

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Hey guys!!!  Fishing with explosives is illegal...and dangerous.

Bubble Buster

Last week I went to one of those motivational seminars.  The speaker was fairly motivating but I think I kinda burst his bubble when I answered one of his questions.  He asked the audience, "When was the last time you did something for the first time?"  I raised my hand and said, "A couple years ago I had a heart attack".
